I grew up surrounded by a creative and artistic family. Throughout my childhood I sketched all the things around me and I had a particular interest in portraits. I studied Art at school along with Graphic Design, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Art continued to be my passion whilst I pursued a career in child care. The art continued to play an important role and I introduced artistic creativity with all I worked with.
To continue developing my skills at this time, I completed a Diploma in Painting and Drawing with the London College of Art. My interest in Photography – particularly in child portraiture – led me to complete an Open College of the Arts course: The Art of Photography, which developed skills in this area.
I have had many years experience working day to day with babies and young children from newborn to 8 years old, being fully trained in childhood studies and having been CRB checked.
I now live and work in Surrey with my husband and two young children.
